Teacher's Aide

Qualifications:
1. Have the personal qualities to work with children of varying ages and the ability to related to parents, staff and community.
2. Be 18 years or older.
3. Be able to accept direction and work well under supervision.

Hourly rate: $8.25

Teacher's Assistant

Qualifications:

1. Have the personal qualities to work with children of varying ages and the ability to related to parents, staff and community.
2. Be 18 years or older.
3. Have a Child Development credential (CDA), or a high school diploma/GED and an approved plan of study for acquiring a CDA.
4. Have (or gain) verification of participating in and completing the American Red Cross CT Childcare and Infant and Child CPR course (or alternate course approved by the State of CT).

Hourly rate: $10.00

Early Childhood Education Teacher

Qualifications:

1. Have the personal qualities to work with children of varying ages and the ability to relate to parents, staff and community.
2. Be 20 years or older.
3. Have the personal qualities to supervise others.
4. Have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA credential and an approved plan of study for an Associates Degree. (15 credits)
5. Complete (or already have) the American Red Cross CT Childcare and Infant and Child CPR course (or alternate course approved by the State of CT).
6. Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hourly rate: $12.00
